“I would highly recommend KinClan, not only are they very reasonable but they responded very promptly to my emails/booking and also kept me fully informed regarding our driver for the evening and supplying me with a mobile number; make of car and registration number. This helped enormously to reassure myself and my three friends (all ladies travelling from Glasgow to Edinburgh late in the evening)! The vehicle was spotlessly clean (and came with complimentary bottled water and toffees) which went down a treat at the end of a long night and Greg our driver was very pleasant and helpful. Will certainly use KinClan again both professionally and personally.

Hi Greg Thanks for the quote. We would like to confirm the booking with KinClan MPV Executive Travel. Just by way of feedback, I actually got quotes from five companies and we selected your company based on the tone and content of your email response. Your email made mention of a trailer for the luggage as well as the Highland Spring water and Buchanan toffees. With the golf bags and cases, even a Ford Galaxy will be stuffed pretty full with a driver and four passengers. While the other four quotes would all have been in people carriers, the luggage trailer gave us the sense that we would be able to relax a bit more during the journey and hopefully not have three of us crammed into the mddle row of seats. The water and toffees again speak to the fact that you care about the comfort of your passengers. Your quote was actually the second highest (65, 80, 80, 84 and 95) but it really was no contest. Ironically the lowest email quote simply stated "Thanks for your email, your transfer will cost 65.00." Just goes to show that price isn't everything. Thanks for your email and we look forward to meeting your driver at Edinburgh Airport. -Crawford
